To signup for the Adult Program you must first fill out an application.
There are 3 ways to do so:
- Call to have an application mailed to you.
- Stop by and fill one out.
- Submit an application online.
After you've filled out an application, the volunteer manager will call you and set
an appointment for a one-on-one interview. You will then attend the Hospital
Orientation Program and complete the health requirements.
